ABOUT ME
Grace Grainger
My passion is to support women feel fit, strong, healthy and feel their most confident. I have been training for over 10 years myself and continued throughout both of my pregnancies. I am L3 Qualified in Personal Training and have additional qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, allowing me to support my clients to continue to train safely throughout parenthood.
I have a passion for strength training and living a healthy lifestyle, the benefits are not only physical but also so important for mental health and well being as well.

As my client I will provide you with support inside and outside of the gym for both exercise and nutrition, everything is easily accessible via an online app programme so that you can access your stats, communicate with me and check your program anywhere anytime.

All of my programmes are individually designed for each client based on what you enjoy and your level of fitness, most importantly my plans are focussed on what you want to achieve on your fitness journey. I want all of my clients to enjoy training and feel comfortable and supported.
